The annual fee is the same for homes and condominiums — all residents benefit equally from Springside’s shared spaces.
Landscaping, flowerbeds, boulevards and medians
Entrance features and decorative elements
Fence and stucco wall maintenance
Insurance and administrative costs
Contingency fund for unexpected repairs
The SRA does not currently do snow removal.
Collections Policy
Key dates.
- March 15 — Annual fee due
- May 31 — $50 admin fee applied to unpaid balances
- After May 31 — account forwarded to Association's lawyer
- All legal costs become the homeowner's responsibility
